Elo TouchSystems Now Offers the Longest Warranties in the Touchscreen Industry

Continuous Improvements in Quality Prompt Touch Leader to Extend Its Touchscreen Warranties

Continuous improvements in Total Quality Management have prompted Elo TouchSystems to offer warranty extensions on its two touchscreen product lines. The company now offers the longest warranty in the touch industry—a ten-year warranty covering its full line of IntelliTouch® surface wave touchscreens. Elo also announced today a five-year warranty on its industry-leading AccuTouch® line of resistive touchscreens. Previously, both touchscreen lines came with a three-year warranty. The two product lines are offered as components or as integrated monitors.

“One of the benefits of extending our warranties is that it gives us a chance to demonstrate to our customers the confidence we have in our products,” said Robert Roeser, president and CEO of Elo TouchSystems. “Quality and reliability are two key attributes that set our touchscreen systems apart from the rest of the pack.”

The warranty extensions announced today are effective immediately for all new shipments. The ten-year warranty covers IntelliTouch touchscreens. AccuTouch touchscreens and controllers and IntelliTouch controllers are now covered under a five-year warranty. Effective immediately, Elo TouchSystems is also announcing new two-year warranties on its TouchMonitor products.
